ACM is owner operated.  Our management team has over 50 years combined debt recovery experience.

The law firm of Cullen and Co., PLLC, serves as corporate general counsel to ACM.  We're pleased to note that Cullen and Co., PLLC, are members of the prestigious Members Attorney Program (MAP) Committee of American Collectors International.

ACM relies on advanced technologies for data management and skip-tracing.  Our collection platform was developed in house, and is constantly updated to fit our clients' needs.

Our clients' accounts are assigned to a highly experienced "team leader". 

Your team leader manages the day-to-day activities related to the recoveries and skip-tracing of your accounts.

Team leaders report directly to an ACM owner/officer, in order to ensure that your accounts are being completely worked for maximum recoveries.

We report unpaid accounts to the national credit bureaus, and vigorously defend all debtor disputes.

ACM offers a "complete" solution, in that we can forward unpaid accounts to attorneys of your choice, should you decide that legal action is required to recover an account.

When necessary, we file bankruptcy claims in our clients' behalf, and monitor the status of such for you.
